Build purpose

This Adamant Custom desktop combines a 6-core Ryzen 5 9600X processor with 128GB DDR5 memory and an 8TB NVMe array built from two 4TB Samsung 990 PRO drives. A Radeon RX 9070 XT graphics card with 16GB video memory handles rendering and gaming workloads. The system ships with Windows 11 Pro installed and is marketed as AI ready for local inference tasks.

Platform and expansion

The PRIME X870-P motherboard provides two USB4 ports at 40Gbps, one USB 10Gbps port, three USB 5Gbps ports and four USB 2.0 ports at the rear. Internal headers add another USB 10Gbps Type-C connector, a USB 5Gbps header and two USB 2.0 headers. Four M.2 slots and two SATA 6Gb/s ports remain available for extra storage. A 240mm liquid cooler keeps the CPU at operating temperature while the 850W 80 PLUS Bronze power supply delivers protected power to all components.
