Thirty-two gigabytes of DDR4 memory are installed across the twelve DIMM slots, with the platform supporting up to 384 GB total. Three 1 TB 7.2K SATA drives and a PERC H330 RAID controller provide RAID 0, 1, 5, 10, 50 and 60. The system is sold new without an operating system.

Verify rack depth, power and expansion needs

The chassis measures 26.7 inches deep, so confirm your cabinet can accommodate that length. A single 550 W redundant hot-swap power supply is fitted; check that your PDU delivers the required connectors and that the 43 lb weight is within your rack’s load rating. Only two PCIe 3.0 slots are available for add-in cards, and the four onboard 1 GbE ports may limit network throughput for high-density deployments. No GPU or additional mezzanine cards are included.

Hot-plug drive bays and integrated remote management

Eight 2.5-inch hot-plug bays allow drive changes without downtime, and the supplied trays match the installed SATA drives. The PERC H330 handles 12 Gbps SAS or SATA traffic and supports the listed RAID levels. iDRAC8 with Lifecycle Controller gives out-of-band control over a dedicated network port, while the Matrox G200eR2 provides basic video for local console access. A DVD-ROM drive and power cable are included; rail kit and bezel are also supplied.
