DJI AWC2198 1080p USB 2.0 Webcam

This new webcam captures 1080p video at 30fps through a USB 2.0 connection. It uses a 1080p CMOS sensor with auto-white balance and a 90° viewing angle. Two embedded microphones apply a 3D noise-reduction algorithm for clearer audio. A built-in privacy cover and a mounting clip with a ¼ tripod thread are included.

Suits home workers, students

Buyers who want higher resolutions such as 1440p or 4K should look elsewhere. Users requiring a narrower 65°, 70°, 75° or 85° field of view will not match the fixed 90° lens. The USB 2.0 interface does not support uncompressed 1080p at 60fps. No 4K, 5MP or alternative focal-length options exist on this model.

Fixed 90° field of view and 3.6mm focal length

The lens provides a 90° wide angle with a 3.6mm focal length. This combination determines how much of the room appears in frame and cannot be changed. If the mounting position demands a tighter or wider view, a different webcam is required.
