4GB DDR266 ECC DIMM kit for HP ProLiant servers
This kit contains two 2GB DDR SDRAM modules totalling 4GB. It is built for HP ProLiant ML370 G3, DL360 G3, DL380 G3, DL560, DL585, BL20p G2, BL30p and BL40p servers that require registered ECC memory. The 184-pin DIMM form factor fits the DDR memory slots on these platforms.
DDR266/PC2100 speed and ECC error checking
The modules run at 266 MHz to the DDR266/PC2100 standard. Error Checking and Correction detects and corrects single-bit errors, a requirement for the listed ProLiant models. Systems that demand non-ECC or faster DDR memory will not accept this kit.
4GB total capacity across two slots
The 2 x 2GB configuration fills two DIMM sockets and provides 4GB of addressable memory. Workloads that exceed this limit will need higher-density modules or additional memory channels not supported by the named servers.
