Industrial mini PC for embedded deployments

The Inctel Partaker I13-J1900-8G500G is a fanless desktop computer built around an Intel Celeron J1900 quad-core processor running at 2.0 GHz with a burst frequency of 2.42 GHz. It ships with 8 GB of DDR3L memory and a 500 GB hard drive, while Windows 10 Pro comes pre-installed. The aluminium chassis measures 214 by 200 by 54 mm and operates between minus 10 and 60 °C.

Build integration: I/O, expansion and mounting

Six serial ports are provided, with COM3 configurable for RS232, RS422 or RS485, alongside dual gigabit LAN, one HD and one VGA output, five USB 2.0 ports and one USB 3.0 port. A Mini-PCIe slot accepts a Wi-Fi, 3G or 4G module using the embedded SIM slot, while a second Mini-PCIe supports mSATA storage. The 17 cm square Mini-ITX board fits the supplied aluminium case and requires a 12 V DC input.

Thermals, noise and power in normal use

Passive cooling eliminates moving parts, so the system runs silently in typical industrial workloads. The Celeron J1900 has a low thermal design, allowing the aluminium enclosure to dissipate heat across the full minus 10 to 60 °C range without throttling. Power draw stays modest on the 12 V DC supply, making the unit suitable for continuous operation in kiosks, automation cabinets or digital-signage installations.
