1TB DDR4 3200 ECC RDIMM kit for Thinkmate rackmounts

This 1TB kit contains eight 128GB registered DIMMs validated for Thinkmate RAX-XS4-21S1-10G, RAX-XS4-11S1-10G and RAX-XH2-11S3 servers. Each module runs at 3200 MT/s with CL22 latency and 1.20V. ECC and registered buffering protect data integrity in mission-critical workloads. The 288-pin DDR4 form factor fits the qualified platforms without adaptation.

Upgrade from lower-capacity or non-ECC DDR4 kits

Replacing smaller RDIMM sets or unbuffered modules adds the capacity and error correction needed for virtualisation, database and analytics workloads. The jump is worth it when the existing configuration hits memory pressure or lacks ECC protection. Systems already populated with 128GB 4Rx4 RDIMMs at 3200 MT/s will not gain additional throughput from this kit.

Eight 128GB ranks deliver 1TB total capacity

The 4Rx4 organisation across eight slots provides dense memory for multi-tenant containers and large in-memory datasets. Headroom remains until all eight slots are filled or the platform memory controller reaches its ranked limit. Workloads requiring more than 1TB or higher frequencies need a different platform.
