Capacity and fitment

This 768GB kit contains eight 96GB DDR5 6400 RDIMM modules built to the exact rank, voltage and timing the GIGABYTE MZ23-SU0 motherboard expects. Registered ECC architecture and CL52 latency let every slot run fully populated at rated speed without manual tuning. It is not for systems that require UDIMM or SODIMM form factors or that lack support for registered memory.

Upgrade path

Replacing a partial or lower-capacity DDR5 RDIMM set with this fully populated kit removes the need to mix ranks or voltages across channels. The jump is worth it when the workload demands the full 768GB address space and the motherboard's population rules call for eight identical 2Rx4 modules at 1.1V. Boards limited to fewer slots or lower maximum capacity cannot use this configuration.

Sustained operation

Registered buffering offloads the memory controller so all eight modules maintain stability during continuous server workloads. ECC corrects single-bit errors on the fly, preventing silent data corruption and unplanned reboots over long runtimes. The 1.10V operating voltage keeps power draw consistent across the fully populated array without thermal throttling.
