Fits 240-pin DDR3L slots in qualified Cisco blades

Each module uses a 4Rx4 organisation and load-reduced buffering to lower electrical load on the memory bus, allowing the full 128GB capacity within the platform's supported slot count. The kit replaces Cisco part numbers UCSML1X324RYA, UCS-ML-1X324RZ-A and UCSML2X324RYE without mixing with unbuffered or registered ECC DIMMs.

No heat spreaders or software included

Modules ship without heat spreaders, relying on the server's directed airflow for cooling. The package provides only the four DIMMs; no configuration utilities or firmware tools are bundled, so deployment follows the standard Cisco UCS memory installation procedure.
