Cisco UCS Server Memory Kit

This 128GB kit delivers eight 16GB DDR4 3200 registered ECC modules built for Cisco UCS B200 M6, C125 M5, C220 M6, C240 M6 and C245 M6 servers. It targets administrators upgrading those specific platforms with validated, JEDEC-compliant memory. The modules will not work in standard desktops or with unbuffered and load-reduced DIMMs.

128GB Capacity with CL22 Latency

Eight single-rank 1Rx4 modules run at 1.2V and CL22 timing to fill eight DIMM slots per compatible node. The kit handles multi-tenant virtualization, large in-memory databases and heavy container workloads until the server's maximum supported memory per socket is reached. It cannot be mixed with other memory types or speeds.

288-Pin RDIMM Form Factor for Qualified Chassis

Each module uses the standard 288-pin registered DIMM interface required by the listed Cisco UCS models, leaving no extra cabling or adapters to install. The kit frees procurement from sourcing individual Cisco part numbers UCSMRX16G1RW and UCSXMRX16G1RW while maintaining full ECC error correction. It is not compatible with consumer motherboards or non-qualified server platforms.
