This 16GB DDR3L module runs at 1600 MT/s with CL11 latency and 1.35V operation. It uses a 240-pin registered DIMM form factor with 2Rx4 organisation and ECC protection. The part is validated for Lenovo System x3650 M4, x3650 M4 BD, x3650 M4 HD, x3750 M4 and x3755 M3 servers.
