Server memory kit

This OWC kit supplies 256 GB of DDR4 ECC Registered RDIMM memory in four 64 GB modules. It is built for HP Apollo 4500 Gen10 and 4510 Gen10 servers that require registered error-correcting modules. Standard desktop boards cannot use this memory. Builders needing unbuffered or load-reduced DIMMs must choose a different product.

Build integration

Each module uses the 288-pin DDR4 form factor and runs at 1.2 V. The kit replaces a long list of HP part numbers including P19045-K21, P00930-H21 and P14636-001. Because the modules are registered, they cannot be mixed with unbuffered or ECC load-reduced memory in the same system. The four DIMMs populate the server's memory slots directly.

Thermals and power

Operating at 1.2 V keeps power draw low for high-density server configurations. No heat spreaders are fitted, so airflow through the chassis manages module temperatures. The memory is backward compatible with 2133, 2400 and 2666 MHz bus speeds, allowing flexible deployment in existing Apollo platforms.
