Load Reduced ECC Interface Constraints

Load Reduced ECC memory cannot be mixed with unbuffered or standard registered DIMMs in the same platform. The 288-pin DDR4 form factor fits only server and workstation boards wired for LRDIMM signalling. Backward compatibility covers 2133MHz 2400MHz and 2666MHz speeds when the platform negotiates a lower data rate.
