Server ECC Registered Kit

This 64GB kit contains four 16GB DDR3 ECC Registered RDIMM modules built for Supermicro X8DT6, X8DTE, X8DTG, X8DTH and X8DTi series motherboards. It is intended for workstation, server, NAS or router platforms that require registered memory with error correction. Standard desktop boards cannot use this kit.

Sustained 1333MHz Stability

Each module runs at PC3-10600 1333MHz CL9 with a 1.5V supply and 2Rx4 organisation. Registered buffering reduces electrical load on the memory controller, allowing all four DIMMs to maintain rated speed during continuous multi-threaded workloads without the timing drift seen on unbuffered configurations.

Keyed 240-Pin Installation

The 240-pin DDR3 key prevents insertion into incompatible slots, and the lack of a heat spreader keeps module height low for dense server chassis. Mixing these registered DIMMs with unbuffered memory will prevent boot, so all slots must be populated with identical registered modules.
