Compact industrial barebone

The Partaker B6 is a fanless mini PC built around an Intel Core i5-6300U processor with two cores and four threads. Its aluminium chassis runs silently and resists dust, making it suited for industrial or embedded deployments where noise and debris are concerns. The unit ships with 8 GB of DDR4 memory and a 256 GB SSD installed. It operates on DC 12 V input and supports a wide temperature range when an industrial SSD is fitted.

Memory and storage headroom

The single DDR4 slot accepts modules up to 16 GB, so the pre-installed 8 GB leaves room for a straightforward upgrade. Storage expansion uses one M.2 2280 slot that works with both SATA and NVMe drives plus a 2.5-inch bay for an additional drive. This combination lets the system handle larger datasets or redundant storage without external enclosures. The platform maxes out at 16 GB RAM, limiting memory-intensive workloads.

Interface practical limits

Dual Gigabit Ethernet ports provide wired network redundancy but each tops out at 1000 Mbps. The HDMI output reaches 3280x2000 at 60 Hz while VGA remains available for legacy displays. Six USB ports (four USB 3.0, two USB 2.0) and two COM ports (RS232/485) cover most peripheral needs. A Mini PCIe slot with a SIM holder allows cellular add-ons, though the M.2 slot is limited to PCIe 3.0 x1 bandwidth.
