The Solidigm D7-PS1030 is a 1.6TB enterprise SSD built on 176L TLC 3D NAND. It uses a U.2 15mm form factor and a PCI-Express 5.0 x4 interface to deliver Gen5 performance for data-centre servers and internal storage arrays.

Suits write-heavy and mixed workloads

This drive targets mixed and write-centric workloads with mid-endurance ratings and capacities up to 12.8TB. It is not intended for read-only caching tiers, cold-archive storage or desktop PCs that lack U.2 backplane support and adequate airflow for the 0°C to 77°C operating range.
