Taulman 3D Nylon 680 is a pure-polymer filament rated for food and beverage contact under 21 CFR 177.1500 and 177.1395. It meets USP Class VI cytotoxicity requirements via MEM elution testing performed under FDA GMP regulations 21 CFR 210, 211 and 820. The material carries CAS registry number 51995-62-1 and contains no additives from chemical manufacturing or extrusion. It suits makers producing end-use parts that require regulatory compliance.

Sustained thermal behaviour

Printing temperatures of 250 to 255 °C and bed temperatures of 30 to 65 °C provide stable layer adhesion during long prints. The filament delivers a tensile strength of 6900 PSI with 34 percent elongation, indicating consistent mechanical performance across extended builds. Compatibility with ethylene oxide and flash steam post-processing allows repeated sterilisation cycles without degrading the polymer structure.
