Thermal Grizzly KryoSheet TG-KS-68-51 is a graphene thermal pad sized 68 by 51 by .2 millimetres. It serves as a direct alternative to traditional thermal paste on CPUs, GPUs and console processors. The material is electrically conductive, so installation must follow the supplied instructions.
Unlike thermal paste, the pad contains no liquid components and cannot dry out or pump out over time. Its anisotropic graphite structure maintains consistent thermal conductivity through repeated heating and cooling cycles. The conformable surface fills microscopic gaps without degrading.

You need a clean die and heatsink surface, plus a non-conductive barrier such as Kapton tape to prevent shorts because the pad is electrically conductive.
