The Tripp Lite B030DP0817DIP integrates a 17-inch LCD, keyboard and touchpad with an 8-port DisplayPort KVM switch in a 1U rack-mountable unit. It enables local control of up to eight DisplayPort computers or servers from a single console. Built-in IP remote access allows management over LAN, WAN or Internet from any location. No external adapters are required for DisplayPort connections.

Rack Integration and Connectivity

The console occupies one rack unit and provides direct DisplayPort inputs for eight systems, eliminating the need for separate monitor, keyboard and mouse hardware per server. IPv4, IPv6, Link Local IPv6 Address and IPv6 Stateless Auto configuration protocols are supported for network setup. IP addressing can be configured manually or assigned automatically via DHCP. Windows- and Java-based non-browser client applications enable remote access without a web browser.
