This registered DDR5 module delivers 96GB of ECC-protected capacity for server and workstation platforms. It operates at the standard 1.1V and uses Samsung DRAM components in a 2Rx4 organisation. The 288-pin form factor fits DDR5 DIMM slots in compatible systems.

Sustained throughput and error correction

At DDR5-4800 speed with CAS latency 40 the module maintains consistent bandwidth across extended workloads rather than only in short bursts. ECC circuitry detects and corrects single-bit errors on the fly, preserving data integrity during long compute jobs or virtualisation tasks. Registered buffering reduces electrical load on the memory controller, helping stability when multiple modules populate a channel.

DDR5 electrical and density limits

The DDR5 interface tops out at 4800 MT/s for this module, so peak transfer rate is bounded by the PC5-38400 specification. A single 96GB rank configuration reaches the maximum density available in a 2Rx4 RDIMM without 3DS stacking. Systems limited to lower DDR5 speeds or without registered-DIMM support cannot use this module at its rated specification.
