1U Server CPU Water Block

The Alphacool Eisblock XPX 1U is a compact nickel-plated copper CPU water block designed for 1U server chassis and workstations. Its 65 x 65 x 25.5 mm footprint fits tight rack spaces while supporting a broad range of Intel and AMD sockets. The acetal housing keeps weight to 170 g for secure mounting on vertical boards.

Seven G1/4 Ports for Flexible Routing

Three inlet and four outlet ports let you route tubing in almost any direction, including sideways for flat 1U layouts. The block is pressure tested to 2 Bar and rated for a maximum working temperature of 60 °C. Large cooling surface area covers extended CPU core layouts found on larger server processors.

Nickel-Plated Copper Base with Acetal Housing

The copper cold plate ensures direct thermal transfer while the black acetal top resists corrosion and coolant staining. Seven G1/4 threads accept standard fittings without adapters.
