Compact 2U Rack/Tower UPS

The APC SMTL1000RM2UC delivers 1000VA and 800W of line-interactive pure sine wave power in a 2U form factor that fits standard racks or stands as a tower. It targets small edge sites, back offices, network closets and IDF/MDF rooms where continuous operation matters. A lithium-ion battery reduces replacement cycles across the unit’s lifetime. The bundle includes a 16GB USB 3.0 drive.

800W capacity and headroom

Six NEMA 5-15R outlets supply connected gear with up to 800W of clean output, while automatic voltage regulation smooths brownouts and over-voltages without draining the battery. The LCD screen reports load percentage, battery status and runtime so you can see exactly where headroom ends. At full 800W load the battery provides limited minutes; lighter loads extend runtime proportionally.

Replaces older lead-acid rack UPS units

This unit upgrades from heavier lead-acid rackmount UPS models that require periodic battery swaps and deeper racks. The 12.52in depth frees cable space, and the lithium chemistry eliminates the recurring replacement cost.
