The Dell Latitude 5570 is a 15.6 inch FHD business laptop built around a 6th Generation Intel Core i7-6820HQ quad-core processor running at 2.70 GHz. Sustained thermal performance

The i7-6820HQ can reach 3.60 GHz on short bursts but will throttle under continuous heavy load to stay within its 45 watt thermal envelope. Integrated Intel HD Graphics and the optional Radeon discrete GPU share the same cooling system, so extended 3D workloads or video encoding will reduce clock speeds after several minutes. The dual-fan chassis manages typical office multitasking without audible spin-up.

Interface and expansion limits

The platform provides two USB 3.0 ports, a full-size HDMI output, VGA, Gigabit RJ-45 and an SD 4.0 card reader for peripheral connectivity. Memory tops out at 32 GB across two SODIMM slots, so the current 8 GB can be doubled or quadrupled later. Storage uses a single M.2 slot; the installed 1 TB SSD occupies it, leaving no room for a second drive without removing the first.
