The Dell PowerEdge M640 is a half-height blade server built for dense compute clusters. Two Intel Xeon Gold 6150 processors provide 36 cores at 2.7 GHz with 3.7 GHz turbo capability. Sixteen gigabytes of DDR4 2666 MHz registered ECC memory and two 1.92 TB SATA SSDs are installed. The system includes a PERC H330 RAID controller and dual-port 10 Gb Broadcom 57810S-K networking.
