The Dell PowerEdge R730XD is a 2U rack server built around a single Intel Xeon E5-2650 v3 ten-core processor at 2.3GHz with 48GB of DDR4 memory. It ships with three 900GB 10K SAS drives and a PERC H330 RAID controller supporting RAID 0, 1, 5, 10, 50 and 60. Dual 750W redundant power supplies and 24 hot-plug 2.5-inch drive bays provide high-density storage in a compact chassis.

Suited for storage-heavy workloads
