The ESTONE TJ-A022 is a hybrid optical DisplayPort 1.4 cable with male-to-male connectors. It carries video and audio up to 8K at 60 Hz or 4K at 144 Hz over a 50 ft run. Gold-plated contacts and a TPE jacket protect the four internal glass fibres and copper conductors.

The cable has a marked [Source] end for the computer or laptop and a [Display] end for the monitor or projector. Reversing the plugs will break the link. Verify that both the graphics output and the panel support the target resolution and refresh rate before installation.
