Epoch Black mid-tower case

The Fractal Design Epoch is a steel ATX mid-tower finished in black with a light-tint tempered glass side panel. It accepts ATX and Mini-ITX motherboards and ships without a power supply, which mounts at the bottom. Three Momentum 12 PWM fans are pre-installed at the front.

GPU clearance depends on front cooling

With the three included 120 mm front fans fitted the case fits graphics cards up to 372 mm long. If a front radiator is mounted instead the maximum drops to 345 mm. CPU air coolers up to 170 mm tall are supported and the top panel takes radiators up to 240 mm.

Three Momentum 12 fans and tool-less access

The bundled Momentum 12 fans use LCP blades and fluid-dynamic bearings for quieter airflow. Front, top and side panels all remove without tools — the front pulls off and the top slides via a fabric tab — while the interior provides three 3.5-inch and two 2.5-inch drive bays.

How much graphics card length do I actually get with the three included 120 mm front fans installed?

With the three pre-installed 120 mm fans in place, the case accepts graphics cards up to 372 mm long. If you later swap the front fans for a radiator, the limit drops to 345 mm.

What front-panel radiator sizes does the case support, and does the top panel limit my AIO choice?

The front mounts radiators up to 360 mm. The top panel is capped at 240 mm, so a 360 mm AIO can only go in the front.

How much room is left for the power supply once I populate the drive trays?
