The SATA interface and 7mm height suit desktops, laptops and ultra-slim notebooks. 3D NAND with SLC cache accelerates operating-system boot and application loading. Thermals and power

No heatsink is fitted, so the drives run passively within the thermal envelope of a standard 2.5-inch bay. Solid-state construction eliminates moving parts, keeping operation silent and resistant to shock or vibration. Sequential read reaches 540 MB/s and write 510 MB/s while drawing only the power allowed by the SATA III 6Gb/s link. Endurance is rated at 500 TBW with a 1.5-million-hour MTBF.
