This NEMIX RAM kit delivers 192 GB of DDR5 memory in two 96 GB registered DIMMs. It is built for the SuperMicro BigTwin SYS-222BT-HER and runs at 6400 MHz with CL52 latency at 1.1 V. The modules use 2Rx4 organisation and 288-pin DDR5 RDIMM form factor. ECC and registered buffering are included for data integrity in server workloads.

The kit targets administrators upgrading the named SuperMicro BigTwin where registered ECC RDIMMs are required. It fits workloads that benefit from large memory footprints such as virtualisation, in-memory databases and heavy container deployments. Builders using consumer or workstation boards that accept only unbuffered non-ECC DDR5 cannot use these modules. Systems limited to lower densities or different pinouts should look elsewhere.
