Capacity and compatibility

This kit provides 1TB of DDR4 memory using sixteen 64GB registered DIMMs. It is built for ThinkMate XF4-24S3 workstations that require ECC RDIMM modules. The 4Rx4 organisation and 288-pin layout match the platform's memory controller. Systems needing unbuffered or non-ECC memory cannot use this kit.

Thermals and power

Each module operates at 1.20V without a heat spreader, relying on chassis airflow for cooling. Registered buffering adds minimal latency while reducing electrical load on the memory bus. Power draw scales with the sixteen-module population, so adequate power-phase capacity on the motherboard is necessary. No active cooling or specialised voltage regulation is included.

Included modules

The package contains the complete set of sixteen 64GB RDIMMs required to reach the 1TB total. No additional cables, software licences or configuration utilities are supplied. Installation follows the workstation manufacturer's standard memory population rules. The modules are validated for compatibility before shipment.
