This single 256 GB DDR4 3200 module delivers PC4-25600 bandwidth at CL22 latency. It is built for select workstations, servers and NAS systems that require registered ECC memory. Standard desktop computers cannot use this module.
Octal-rank 288-pin 1.2 V design
The 8Rx4 octal-rank layout fits a 288-pin DIMM slot and operates at 1.2 V. ECC registered signalling adds error correction for data integrity in multi-module configurations. Mixing with unbuffered or load-reduced ECC DIMMs is not supported.
