Server-grade memory kit

This OWC kit delivers two terabytes of DDR4 ECC load-reduced memory across eight 256GB modules. It is built for Dell PowerEdge XR11 and XR12 servers that require registered LRDIMM technology. Standard desktop boards cannot use this memory type.

JEDEC-compliant 288-pin LRDIMM

Each module uses the 288-pin load-reduced form factor and operates at 1.2V. The registered design reduces electrical load on the server memory bus, allowing higher densities per channel. Mixing with unbuffered or standard registered DIMMs is not supported.

3200MHz CL22 speed rating

Rated at PC4-25600 with 22-cycle latency, the kit also runs at 2133, 2400, 2666 and 2933MHz when the platform requires a lower speed. This single specification determines whether the memory matches the server's qualified vendor list.
