Server memory upgrade

This 64GB kit contains four 16GB DDR3 1333 registered ECC modules built for Lenovo System x3550 M3 x3620 M3 x3630 M3 x3650 M3 and x3850 X5 servers. The 240-pin RDIMMs run at 1.5V with CL9 latency and 2Rx4 organisation. They replace Lenovo part numbers 03X3813 and 0A89413.

Sustained workload behaviour

ECC registered design corrects single-bit errors and buffers address and command signals so the memory controller stays stable during long compute runs. The modules are JEDEC and RoHS compliant and tested in-house for multi-hour operation without throttling.

Registered ECC requirement

This kit only works in systems that require registered ECC DDR3 RDIMMs; it will not function in desktops or workstations that take unbuffered non-ECC memory and it cannot be mixed with unbuffered modules.
