Server-grade DDR4 ECC RDIMM kit

This 64GB kit contains four 16GB DDR4 3200 registered DIMMs built for Cisco UCS B200 M6, C125 M5, C220 M6, C240 M6 and C245 M6 servers. ECC and registered operation provide the error correction and signal integrity required in multi-socket workstation and server platforms. It is not compatible with standard desktop computers or consumer motherboards.

288-pin registered modules without heat spreaders

Each module uses a 288-pin DDR4 interface at 1.2V with CL22 latency and 1Rx4 organisation. The bare PCB design fits dense server DIMM slots where tall heat spreaders would interfere with airflow or adjacent components. Registered buffering reduces electrical load on the memory controller, allowing the full four-module population supported by the listed Cisco systems.

Verify Cisco UCS model and memory population rules

Confirm the exact server model matches B200 M6, C125 M5, C220 M6, C240 M6 or C245 M6 before ordering. Registered ECC RDIMMs cannot be mixed with unbuffered or load-reduced DIMMs, so all slots must use the same registered type. Check the system documentation for maximum supported capacity per channel and required slot population order.
