It delivers error-correcting registered memory required by workstation and server platforms. The module will not work in standard desktop computers and must not be mixed with unbuffered or load-reduced DIMMs.

At its rated 3200 MT/s speed and CL22 latency the module maintains steady data rates during long compute jobs. It also runs at 2133, 2400, 2666 or 2933 MT/s when the platform requires a lower frequency. The registered buffer helps keep signal integrity stable across all supported speeds.

Low-voltage operation without a heat spreader

The DIMM runs at 1.2 V and has no integrated heat spreader, relying on chassis airflow for cooling. Power draw stays modest during typical server workloads, and the lack of a spreader keeps the module height low for dense configurations.
