The Silicon Power Ace A55 is a 2.5 inch internal solid state drive built for consumer desktops and laptops. It uses 3D NAND flash and a SATA III interface to replace a mechanical hard drive with faster boot times and snappier application launches.
SATA III interface limits
The drive connects through the SATA III 6 Gbps interface, which caps real world throughput at the bus maximum. Sequential reads reach up to 560 MBps and writes up to 530 MBps, so the controller saturates the link before the flash becomes the bottleneck.
512 GB capacity with SLC cache headroom
