E3.S 7.5mm enterprise SSD for data-centre servers

The Solidigm D7-PS1030 is a 1.6TB enterprise SSD built for data-centre servers that require high-density flash in a compact E3.S 7.5mm form factor. It uses 176L TLC 3D NAND and a PCI-Express 5.0 interface to deliver sequential reads up to 14500 MBps and writes up to 4100 MBps. Random performance reaches 2350000 IOPS read and 350000 IOPS write at 4K blocks.

Fits E3.S bays with PCIe 5.0 backplanes

This drive slots directly into an E3.S 7.5mm bay served by a PCIe 5.0 x4 backplane and draws up to 17W active or 5W idle. It operates from 0°C to 77°C and tolerates 1000 G shock at 0.5 msec plus 2.17 GRMS operating vibration. The FIPS-certified design secures data at rest without extra host-side encryption overhead.

1.6TB with 3 DWPD endurance

Rated at 3 DWPD, the drive sustains 8.7 PBW of written data over its lifetime while MTBF stands at 2500000 hours. It handles heavy read-centric workloads and mixed enterprise I/O within that write budget. Workloads demanding higher capacity or greater write endurance per day will exceed the rated headroom.
