PCIe 3.0 x4 bandwidth ceiling
The PCIe 3.0 x4 link caps sustained throughput at roughly 8 Gb/s per lane, so sequential transfers top out at the rated 2000 MB/s read and 1600 MB/s write. Performance will not exceed these figures even if the host platform supports newer PCIe generations, because the drive controller is limited to Gen 3 signalling.
600 TBW per drive and SLC cache headroom

The onboard SLC cache absorbs burst writes at higher speed, but sustained heavy writes will settle to the native TLC rate once the cache fills.
