Dual-band AC1200 range extender

The Wavlink WN575A3 plugs into a wall outlet to extend an existing wireless network across 2.4 GHz and 5.0 GHz bands. It supports repeater, access point and router modes so it can fill dead zones, create a new hotspot or serve as a primary router for small spaces. Four external 3dBi antennas provide omnidirectional coverage up to 100 metres indoors.

Fast Ethernet backhaul limit

The single 10/100 Mbps LAN and WAN ports cap any wired backhaul or client connection at 100 Mbps, well below the 867 Mbps 5 GHz and 300 Mbps 2.4 GHz PHY rates. This means wired devices and the uplink to the main router cannot saturate the wireless link, so throughput over Ethernet tops out at Fast Ethernet speeds.

1200 Mbps aggregate wireless capacity
