The Systor SYSUSB30100-31 duplicates one source drive to up to 31 targets simultaneously. It operates as a fully standalone unit with no host computer or software required. The four-button LCD interface lets operators start, monitor and verify jobs directly on the device. This suits IT departments, duplication services and manufacturers that need to provision large batches of flash media quickly.

Asynchronous copy, bit-level verify and secure erase

Each of the 31 channels loads, copies and unloads independently so a slow target never blocks the others. The controller performs bit-by-bit comparison after every duplication run to confirm data integrity. A built-in erase function meets DoD sanitisation standards and three formatting modes — Auto, FAT and FAT32 — prepare fresh media in seconds. All file systems including FAT16, FAT32, NTFS and Linux EXT2/3/4 are copied sector-for-sector regardless of format.

Slot-load chassis with dual-voltage power supply

The black front panel uses slot-loading ports that accept USB 1.1, 2.0, 3.0 and 3.1 drives without caddies or adapters. An internal 256 MB buffer sustains transfer rates up to 100 MB per second across all channels. The unit runs on 115 V or 230 V mains and is rated for 15 % to 90 % operating humidity.
