Server ECC UDIMM kit

This A-Tech kit supplies 64GB of DDR4 ECC unbuffered memory in eight 8GB modules. It targets administrators upgrading compatible servers or workstations that require error-correcting DIMMs. Desktop and laptop platforms are not supported by this specification.

DDR4 2400 interface limits
