Server ECC UDIMM kit

This A-Tech kit supplies 64GB of DDR4 ECC unbuffered memory in eight 8GB modules. It targets administrators upgrading compatible servers or workstations that require error-correcting DIMMs. Desktop and laptop platforms are not supported by this specification.

DDR4 2400 interface limits

The modules run at DDR4 2400 (PC4-19200) with a CL17 latency and 1.20V operation. Bandwidth and timing are fixed by the DDR4 2400 standard; systems that only accept lower speeds will down-clock the kit automatically.

Unbuffered single-rank build

Each 288-pin DIMM uses a 1Rx8 single-rank layout without a heat spreader. The unbuffered design suits motherboards wired for UDIMM topology; registered or load-reduced slots will not accept these modules.
