Standalone USB duplicator for 23 targets

The Systor SYS23EXH copies data from a single source drive to up to twenty-three target devices without a host computer. It accepts USB flash drives and USB-powered portable external hard drives as both source and destination media. An integrated LCD screen and controller buttons let operators select functions and monitor progress directly on the unit. The duplicator supports USB 1.1, 2.0, 3.0, 3.1 and 3.2 interfaces for broad device compatibility.

Asynchronous copy workflow with 256 MB buffer

Each target port begins duplication as soon as a blank drive is inserted, so operators do not wait for all slots to be populated before the job starts. The internal 256 MB buffer smooths data flow between the source and multiple targets during simultaneous copy sessions. Bit-by-bit duplication reproduces every sector, including hidden partitions and file-system structures. AC-powered hard drives are not supported, so only USB-powered devices may be used.

Desktop operation on 115 V or 230 V mains

The unit runs from standard 115 V or 230 V AC power with no additional cooling requirements, allowing continuous operation without enforced cool-down periods. Status LEDs on each port give immediate visual confirmation of drive detection and copy state. Data transfer rates reach 33 MB/s, limited by the slowest connected device. The SATA controller inside manages all read and write traffic between ports.
