The modules are rated for 5600 MHz with XMP 3.0. If the board cannot enable XMP they will fall back to the standard JEDEC DDR5 speed the platform supports.

Yes. The 5600 MHz rating is an XMP 3.0 profile. You must enter the firmware and select that profile for the kit to run at its tested timing of 40-40-40-77.
