Airflow optimisation and vibration isolation

Mounting the shroud removes the deadspot caused by the fan motor hub, letting air pass more evenly through the radiator fins. Multiple shrouds can be stacked with longer screws to extend the airflow path further. The rubber material seals the joint so air is forced through the fins rather than leaking around the edges.
