The MSI MPG B550 GAMING EDGE WIFI is an ATX board built on the AMD B550 chipset for Socket AM4 processors. It supports 3rd Gen AMD Ryzen CPUs and future Ryzen processors with a BIOS update. The board targets enthusiasts who want high memory speeds and 2.5Gbps networking in a standard form factor.
Installation follows normal ATX mounting in any compatible case using the supplied I/O back panel. A CMOS battery and one SATA cable are included in the box. Four DIMM slots accept dual-channel DDR4 up to 128GB total across a wide frequency range from 1866 to 4866+ MHz.
