NEMIX RAM 512GB DDR4 ECC RDIMM Kit

This 512GB kit contains two 256GB DDR4-3200 Registered ECC modules built for the Supermicro X12QCH+ motherboard. The 8Rx4 organisation, CL22 timing and 1.20V operation match the board's memory controller requirements exactly. It is designed for servers that need maximum capacity per slot in a registered DIMM form factor.

Sustained Load Stability

Registered buffering reduces electrical load on the memory controller so all slots can run fully populated at the rated 3200 MT/s without throttling. On-die ECC corrects single-bit errors in real time, preventing silent data corruption during long compute runs or virtualisation workloads.
