Check your drive and host port

Verify that your M.2 SSD uses the SATA protocol with a B-Key or B+M Key notch; NVMe M-Key drives will not work in this enclosure. Your computer, phone, tablet or console must provide a USB-C port that supports USB 3.2 Gen 2 or at least USB 3.1 Gen 1 for full 6 Gbps performance. The bundled dual-headed cable offers both USB-C to USB-A and USB-C to USB-C connections.

Build and daily use

The grey aluminium body acts as a heatsink, while a silicone thermal pad contacts the SSD to spread heat across the striped exterior.
