It targets administrators expanding memory capacity on 13th generation platforms that require ECC load-reduced DIMMs. The module will not work in desktops, laptops or any system limited to non-ECC unbuffered memory.

Capacity and headroom: 64GB quad-rank module

Each module delivers 64GB using a 4Rx4 organisation, allowing high-density population of available DIMM slots. The quad-rank design means the memory controller sees four logical ranks per module, so total rank limits per channel are reached with fewer modules installed. Mixing with registered ECC DIMMs is not supported; all populated slots must use matching load-reduced ECC types.

Build and connectors: 288-pin DDR4 LRDIMM at 1.2V

The 288-pin DDR4 form factor fits the standard server DIMM sockets on the listed platforms.
