The APC SMT750RM2UC is a 2U rackmount uninterruptible power supply rated at 750 VA and 500 W. It delivers pure sinewave output at 120 V to protect active PFC servers, routers, switches and point-of-sale equipment. Six NEMA 5-15R outlets provide battery-backed power for critical loads. SmartConnect cloud monitoring lets administrators view status and receive alerts from any internet-connected device.

Input range and runtime limits

The unit accepts an input voltage window of 82 to 144 V at 50 or 60 Hz with automatic frequency sensing. At full 500 W load the sealed lead-acid battery provides 5.5 minutes of runtime; at half load it extends to 16 minutes. A full recharge takes 3 hours. Automatic Voltage Regulation corrects brownouts and overvoltages without draining the battery.

Compatibility checks before ordering

Verify that your equipment draws no more than 500 W total and uses NEMA 5-15P plugs. Confirm the rack has 2U of vertical space and that the 120 V NEMA 5-15P input cord reaches your power distribution unit. Ensure the operating environment stays within the specified temperature range for sealed lead-acid batteries. The replaceable battery cartridge is APCRBC123.
