This Corsair Vengeance LPX kit provides 64GB of desktop memory across four 16GB modules. It runs at DDR4 3000 with CL16 latency and a tested timing of 16-18-18-36 at 1.35V. An eight-layer PCB and anodized aluminium heatspreaders help manage heat during sustained loads.
Suited for four-slot DDR4 boards with XMP 2.0
Builders populating four slots on a DDR4 motherboard with XMP 2.0 support can enable the rated speed automatically. Systems limited to two DIMM slots or platforms that do not support DDR4 cannot use this kit.
Speed and latency decide fit
The decisive specification is DDR4 3000 at CL16 (16-18-18-36) running at 1.35V. If your board and CPU combination cannot stabilise at this data rate and latency, the modules will fall back to a lower JEDEC speed.
